Absolutely loving these things. There aren’t enough reasons to make them, I think. Tonight I just did plain vanilla ones, with leftover stewed apples and vanilla sugar. Very fine.

And I started looking through books on Amazon to see if there’s anything out there on operatic libretto writing. Answer? Not really. Shame, that… I’ll keep looking.
